Siege for about 5 seconds at a time, stay mobile. Hammer v2.0 is about killing enemies, not buildings. Hammer v2.0 is a very mobile auto-attacker that is all about positioning.
The 'slow moving blue circle of death' days are over. If you are constantly seiging, you are playing Hammer v1.0.
